Welcome to Grand Slam Stories. By accessing or using our subscription service, website, or any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, subscribers, and others who access or use Grand Slam Stories. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Grand Slam Stories operates on a monthly subscription basis at $11.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Cancellation Policy below. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Ctmpbb@aol.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to your subscription benefits through the last day of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case. Grand Slam Stories reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Grand Slam Stories grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any content received through your subscription • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or its related systems • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from the service

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

All content delivered through Grand Slam Stories — including but not limited to stories, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, and editorial content — is the exclusive property of Grand Slam Stories or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to read and enjoy the content as a subscriber. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your subscription and potential legal action.

Grand Slam Stories is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The historical stories, statistics, and editorial content provided through our service are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Grand Slam Stories is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content or for any actions taken in reliance on such content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Slam Stories and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service exceed the total amount you paid to Grand Slam Stories in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
